Is there any extra charges which i may not know of?

We have mentioned our terms and conditions on our website and on our profile but we assure you that there will never be any hidden charges. Government charges may apply according to government policies.

Is my data safe?

We at Quickster, assure you that your personal or professional data would only be used for delivery and pickup purposes and will not be disclosed to any other person or company.

How can I become a Quickster?

By simply signing up to our website. One of our representative will validate your profile after reviewing it within 24 hours.

How long do you take to deliver?

Within 24 working hours after pickup in Karachi; and for Other Cities parcels, we take 3 to 4 working days to deliver.

In which areas or cities do you deliver?

We are initially offering our pickup services to Karachiites only. However delivery is possible to 700+ cities nationwide

What happens if my parcel gets stolen?

80% of the value will be refunded after investigating the matter. Shipper will have to show proof of purchase / making (invoice or import bill).

What is your return policy?

At Quickster, we believe that customer’s valuables are important so our rider would make two visits to complete the deliveries. If the receiver is not found at both attempts and is unavailable for calls, we will process them for return to our client. Parcel will be returned on next pick-up.

What is the process for cash reimbursement?

At Quickster, we truly are quick than you think. Cash reimbursement would take around 24 to 36 hours(For KHI to KHI only). Cash will be transferred only via IBFT.

What if my parcel gets delivered late?

Only in uncertain conditions your parcel would be late; example: accident, rain, earthquake or any other natural disaster which comes under external situations that are out of our control.
