Terms & Conditions

-Areas don’t lie in Zone I or in Zone II will be considered as Out Of Station areas. However, we’ll be delivering there as well but charges may vary. Delivery time for those areas is 36 Hours to 48 Hours however our first priority will be to deliver it within 24 hours.

-Extra Rs. 40/- will be charged per KG in case of Out of Station Parcels, however, it may vary according to the situation & area

-Orders booked before 1pm will be processed same-day. If booked after 1pm, they will be picked up the next working day however since QCL wants to bring ease to businesses we will try getting it delivered on the same day.

-It will take up to 24 Hours to deliver parcels in Zone I & Zone II

-All charges will be deducted before reimbursement in case of COD Parcel & advance payment will be collected from client in case of Non-COD parcel.

-Shipper is responsible to paste the waybill and to pack the goods properly. If the goods are damaged due to poor packaging, QCL will not take any responsibility.

-Shipments will be returned to the shipper if the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to any reason or if the consignee is not available up till 2 attempts. Shipment will be returned on next pick-up

-Client should not move or ship any of the below mentioned items through QCL:

Currency, jewelry, Bullion, Antiques, Liquor, Stamps, Precious Metals, Precious Stones, Works of Art, Fire Arms, Plants, Drugs, Explosives, Animals, Perishable goods and items, Negotiable Instruments in-bearer form, Lewd Objects, Obscene and Pornographic Material, Industrial Carbons and Diamonds, hazardous or combustible materials, and all other items/articles restricted by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and any item whose distribution is regulated by law or by any statute of the Provincial or Federal Government. QCL will have full legal authority to act against the client in case any such item is found in any shipments.

-QCL has full right, but is not responsible, for checking any package delivery including, without restriction, opening any shipment package. The shipper accepts that QCL may also open and check any parcel(s) delivery for any cause at any time.

-QCL will act as an agent on behalf of the client company, we will have full legal authority to collect cash and transfer ownership of goods to the customer.

-QCL will not be liable in any consequential or special damages or other direct / indirect loss.

-The Shipper / Sender acknowledges that the shipment will be transported by road and shall therefore be exposed to all risks associated with such mode of transportation. Subject to the aforesaid, QCL will endeavor to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious delivery in accordance with regular delivery schedule; however, QCL will not, under any circumstances be liable for delay in pick up, transport or delivery of any shipment regardless of the cause of such delay. Further QCL will not be liable if a shipment is lost, damaged, mis-delivered or un-delivered because of circumstances beyond its control. Such events will entail:

1-“Act of God” for example earthquake, cyclone, storm and flood or “force majeure” for example war, plane crash or embargo or caused by mishap with QCL,

2-During the transit, if any government agencies like CAA, FIA, e.tc.,  inspect the shipment for security or Regulatory reasons, client will be responsible to provide the relevant documents.

-Taxes will be applicable on total shipment charges depending on the origin of shipments.

-13% GST will be applied to the shipments originating from Sindh.

-10% Fuel Surcharge will be applied.

All the rates are subjected to change at any time. However, customer will be informed 2 weeks prior to the incorporation of the change.

During the transit, if any government agency like CAA, FIA inspect the shipment for security or

regulatory reasons, customer will be responsible to provide the relevant documents.

-QCL may add new terms & conditions at any point of time.
